This retroreflective sensor detects objects by sensing the interruption of a light beam reflected from a target reflector, with an NPN normally open switching output. Housed in ABS with a PMMA sensing surface and rated to IP67, it is suited to industrial environments where dust or moisture exposure is a concern. Connection is made via an M12x1 four-pin male connector, and the unit mounts using an M18x1 thread with two M3 screws, operating from a 10-30 VDC supply.
