This inductive sensor detects the presence of metal targets without contact, using a PNP normally open output to switch at ranges up to 40 mm. Housed in a 40x40 mm PA body for non-flush mounting, it connects via an M12x1 4-pin male connector and operates from 10 to 36 VDC. With an IP67 rating and an ambient temperature range of -25 to 70°C, it is suited to industrial automation panels and machinery where non-flush installation is required.
