This M12 inductive sensor detects metal targets at a rated operating distance of 4mm and provides a PNP normally open output switching at up to 80 Hz. Housed in stainless steel with an IP67 rating, it is designed for flush mounting in panels or machine frames where contact with liquids or debris is likely. Connection is via an M12x1, 4-pin A-coded male connector, and the sensor operates from a 10 to 30 VDC supply with a rated current of 200 mA. It carries CE, UKCA and cULus certification in line with IEC 60947-5-2.
