xThe BTL7-V50T-M2500-P-C003 is a magnetostrictive position sensor from Balluff, designed for absolute, non-contact position measurement over a part length of 2 656mm. It communicates via the Profinet Encoder Profile V4.1 and operates from a 10-30 VDC supply, with connection made via M8 and M12 connectors depending on the interface point required. The housing is anodized aluminium with a die-cast, nickel-plated jacket and cover nut, and the sensor carries an IP67 rating when connected, suiting installation in demanding industrial environments where linear position feedback on cylinders or machine axes is required.
