This is an M12 inductive proximity sensor with a PNP normally open output, rated for a 4mm sensing distance and operating on 10-30 VDC. The housing is brass with a nickel-free coating and PBT sensing surface, carrying an IP68 rating for use in wet or washdown environments. It is supplied with a 5 metre PVC-jacketed cable and is suited to panel and machine mounting where detection of metallic targets is required at close range.
